Lightweight BEAM process that advances PgQue snapshots and retry queues.

Eliminates the mandatory requirement of pg_cron in local development and test suites.

  • :repo - Ecto.Repo module or Postgrex connection.
  • :interval_ms - Tick frequency in milliseconds (default 100).
  • :queues - Optional list of queue names to wake up when a new tick snapshot is created.
  • :name - Registration name (default __MODULE__).
