# `Fleet.Ticker`

Lightweight BEAM process that advances PgQue snapshots and retry queues.

Eliminates the mandatory requirement of `pg_cron` in local development and test suites.

# `child_spec`

Returns a specification to start this module under a supervisor.

See `Supervisor`.

# `start_link`

Starts the BEAM ticker.

## Options

  * `:repo` - Ecto.Repo module or Postgrex connection.
  * `:interval_ms` - Tick frequency in milliseconds (default 100).
  * `:queues` - Optional list of queue names to wake up when a new tick snapshot is created.
  * `:name` - Registration name (default `__MODULE__`).
